Cancellation policy

Bookings open 14 days before class and close when the class starts.

Cancel up to 12 hours before class and your credit is returned. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the credit.

When a class is full you can join the waitlist for free. If a spot opens, we offer it to the next person in line by WhatsApp and email, and they have 60 minutes to claim it. Offers that open overnight are sent at 07:00, except for early classes.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. The first minutes are the warm-up and reformer set-up, so for your safety we can't let anyone in more than 5 minutes after the start; the class then counts as a no-show.

If you miss 3 booked classes within 30 days without cancelling, online booking is paused for 7 days. You can still book through the front desk in that time.

If we cancel a class, everyone booked gets their credit back.
